THE LOCATION: * It's peaceful & quiet as it sits on 15 acres surrounded by woods. * It's also conveniently located, close to all of your attractions. Located in heart of Seneca Lake Wine Trail, get to downtown Watkins Glen, take a hike at the Watkins Glen State Park or catch a race at The Glen International. You will find everything you need from farm stands and wineries, to restaurants. *Want to head over to Ithaca or the Cayuga Lake wine trail, it's just a short 20-30 minute drive through farms, fields and the Finger Lakes State Forest. **Cleaning fee is inclusive of hot tub maintenance** THE AIRSTREAM: Cute and cozy, it’s perfect for a couple or solo-traveler. 23 foot Flying Cloud airstream. Has a privacy fence and there is 200 feet between main house. Our 15 acres encompass 2 stays ~ Main House & Airstream. Each has its own parking and defined private spaces with firepit, hot tubs and outdoor patio dining areas. OUTSIDE AIRSTREAM THE OUTDOOR SPACE: Nesteled in a wooded area we find ourselves hanging outside and soaking in hot tub after a great day on the Seneca Lake wine trail or a hike on the local trails. Whether you are in the mood to light a fire in your personal fire pit while you gaze at the stars, electric grill to grill up some farm market finds, smash burgers or pancakes, or hang out on your private patio. HOT TUB- Always on, DO NOT TURN OFF**. 98 lowest setting, highest 104. Make sure to cover after use.Hot tub cover- becareful when removing, place upside down on grass not on stone. Please cover hot tub after each use. OUTDOOR GRILL-Please wipe down grill and utensils before check out. Electric blackstone flat top grill great for smash burgers, pancakes and anything else you want to whip up. We provide grilling utensils, frying pan & a rubber spatula so you can cook up some breakfast or grill up some hot dogs and burgers. FIRE PIT- Smokeless fire pit for camp fires and s'mores. Please dont leave unattended fire. DO NOT MOVE THE FIREPIT. HOLDING TANK ALARM-If alarm goes off, holding tank located by firepit area; please turn off alarm button and call and follow instructions on sign or call us. INSIDE THE AIRSTREAM: THE KITCHENETTE: You’ll find a gas stove, oven, small fridge, double sink, and microwave with flatware, glassware & dinnerware to cook full meals. Please wash all dishes before check out. MORNING JAVA: Keurig coffee machine. We provide 4 starbucks kcups complimentary with creamers and sugars SLEEP: Rest, relax and rejuvenate, on comfortable memory foam twin beds. Plenty of pillows and warm blankets so you can relax and unwind with ease. THE BATHROOM: You have your own private bathroom. It’s fully-functional with a standing shower, fluffy towels and yes, a flushing toilet. REFRIGERATOR- Please dont adjust settings THERMOSTAT- In bedroom TECHNOLOGY: Working remotely? The airstream has strong wifi and a smart TV. Bluetooth Pioneer sound system. HOT WATER -In bathroom switch for hot water: one to run on gas (hotter) and one to run on electric to turn on. Water heater light doesnt stay on, but remains on. WATER CONSERVATION-This airstream is hooked up to holding tank. In order to keep costs down we ask that you be conservative with water usage and invite you to use outdoor shower when possible. Please only flush toilet paper provided not anything else. COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES: * 4 Starbucks Kcups, creamers and sugars to start your stay * Shampoo by Public Goods * Hand Soap * RV toilet paper-only use toilet paper provided * Paper towel roll * Dish Soap * Dish sponge * Freshly laundered bed linens * Fluffy bathroom towels, hand towels, and washcloths CLEANING PROTOCOL: We use a professional cleaning company to clean, disinfect and sanitize the entire airstream between guests.

No smoking inside includes, but is not limited to: cannabis, vaping, cigarettes and cigars. ** DO NOT pull out awning** *By booking this airstream, you agree to these terms and conditions and those outlined in our house manual. Any violation of these may result in a minimum of $250 house violation fee.
